Dear Adoptive Parents

Dear Adoptive Parents,

My name is Jennifer. I am 12 years old. If you are thinking of adopting a child or some children, I think you should. There are many children out there on the streets that need a warm house and a loving family. When I was one year old I cam to live with my family. I love my family and they love me. So when I was five years old, I got adopted. I can still remember my adoption. My adoptive parents adopted three other children and are guardians to another child. They still foster children. It will make a difference in the world.

Jennifer

Dear Parents or hopefully future adoptive parents,

Hi, my name is Saira and Iím 14 years old. I just wanted to talk to you about adopting and foster parenting children. I think this subject can be very interesting and you might too.

Well, my parents are foster parents. They have six kids of their own that are grown up and five that are adopted. I am one of the five that are adopted. They are great parents and they are giving me a great home and they are willing to help a kid or kids that need help and a home. I would hope that you would feel the same. My mom told me that foster parenting can be fun, tiring and hard work. But I bet it brings up their self-esteem. I hope you think about or even become a foster or adoptive family, if you arenít already one. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Sincerely,

Saira
