A network of Warm Line Volunteers provides support to callers.   Currently a recorded message greets callers, who are invited to leave a message.  FAIR mails appropriate information and speaks individually with many callers. These include callers who are just beginning the adoption process, adoptive parents who have a specific question, and families who are experiencing a crisis.
