Membership in FAIR

Please support our activities by becoming a member of FAIR

Benefits of FAIR membership:

We are a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization.

There are two ways to join or renew your membership: by filling out the form and mailing in your membership fee, or using Paypal.

Method 1:

Fill out and submit the appropriate form below; then, send your check - Family ($30), Low Income($15) or Professional/Agency($50) - to: FAIR, PO Box 51436 Palo Alto, CA 94303

Please note that while your membership fee itself is not tax deductible as a charitable donation, any additional amount is fully deductible.
